IPL 2021: MI vs RCB, Can MI end its Jinx of losing the First Game?

The blockbuster opening game of IPL 2021 will be played between defending champions Mumbai Indians and Royal Challengers Bangalore on the 9th of April.

We all have witnessed over the years that MI has been losing its first fixture mostly every season. However, the situation looks pretty different with their powerful and most balanced team in the history of IPL.

RCB, on the other side, will be eying for a win, so to get a good start for the tournament. From an IPL fan perspective, whoever wins, it’s going to be one of the super clashes of the season.

Morever, the most awaiting battle will be Bumrah vs ABD for the match.

As Virat has already said after the last T20 match against England, that he is going to open in the IPL. With Virat Opening it will very interesting to see who takes his slot at no. 3.

Further, it could also mean that probably, Ab De Villiers is going to keep for the Banglore based franchise this year. Even in the last edition of IPL, Mr. 360 were the keeper for few matches and in those matches, Kohli got a lot of freedom in selecting the XI.

Devdatt Paddikal has joined the squad after he was contracted with the virus. So, there is a high possibility that he will play the first fixture.
